The IT Department of the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring secure use of personal data.

We operate our own systems developed in-house, and we also partner with trusted external vendors for hosting, messaging, and data storage solutions. Any information collected is used to deliver, personalize, and improve the services we offer.

No information is ever sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

What We Collect

  • Phone numbers voluntarily provided for messaging services

  • Names and user preferences (if provided)

  • Message delivery and interaction data (e.g., opt-out status)

    How We Use It

    Phone numbers are used solely for official UPCI communications through approved messaging campaigns, including but not limited to:

  • Billing reminders and alerts (e.g., Church Admin Ministers Billing)

  • Event announcements (if opted in)

  • Departmental or ministerial updates (if opted in)

  • Encouraging or spiritual content (if opted in)

All campaigns comply with A2P 10DLC regulations and are managed through Twilio. We will never sell or share your phone number with any third party.

How to Manage Your Preferences

You can manage your SMS subscriptions at any time by logging into the Ministers Secure website. [ministers.upci.org/Account](https://ministers.upci.org/Account), selecting Personal Information,

and checking or unchecking and saving the SMS Subscriptions you'd like to receive.


To unsubscribe from all messages, you may also reply **STOP** to any message.

Alternatively, you can email us at [ask@upci.org](mailto:ask@upci.org) or call (636) 229- 7900 to request removal from Church Administration.

Data Security

Data from our internal systems is stored in a secure SQL Server hosted by TTI. These systems may use browser cookies and collect technical metadata (such as IP address and browser version) to optimize user experience.

We employ appropriate technical and administrative measures to safeguard personal data and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
